In the Warehouse
The warehouse is my first workspace where all materials are stored and creations start from scratch.
Object design.
Moment in which the purpose is thought about, the exact measurements are decided and the necessary material for its construction is organized.
Creation of the mold.
Doing it good is one of the most important things for a product to have a good finish.
The mixture for creating the concrete and placing the metal mesh in the mold.
The quality of the concrete is essential for the final product to be excellent, that's why I work with the best brands to create the products. The hardness of my concrete is of a high level.
Fill the mold with the freshly mixed concrete, with the metal mesh previously placed in the mold.
After 24 hours it will be ready to remove the mold and let the concrete breathe.
Polish the entire object.
It's the most delicate step, leaving it smooth and having a good grip without sharp scratches.
In the Workshop
The Workshop is the second space to make the final touches.
Cleaning the product of dust and prepare it for brushing with a fixative that covers the pores and smoothes the surface.
This step is also used to prevent the release of dust when touching the concrete.
After a few hours… The furniture will be ready to use and be shipped to your home!
The process is delicate, but the effort is worth it. Everything to make your home more special than before.
