This document governs the use of the website www.nateras.eu (hereinafter, "the Site"), owned by Albert Badia Nateras, domiciled in Girona, Spain. By accessing and using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

All content on this Site, including images, text, designs, logos, trade names, and products, is the property of NATERAS or used with permission. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written consent is prohibited.
3. Use of the Site
The user agrees to use this Site lawfully, without causing harm to third parties or engaging in activities that could damage, overload, or impair its operation.
4. Products and Orders
The products offered on the Site are handmade, so they may vary from the images shown. By placing an order, the user accepts these specificities. NATERAS reserves the right to reject orders for justified reasons, such as lack of stock or obvious pricing errors.
5. Prices and Payments
Prices are indicated in euros (€) and include applicable taxes according to current Spanish legislation. Payment is made using the methods available on the Site. Shipping will be made once full payment has been confirmed.
6. Shipping
We ship nationally and internationally.

Spain (Mainland and Balearic Islands): Estimated delivery time between 2 and 7 business days.
- International: Delivery times and costs vary by destination. Customers will be notified before completing their purchase or can contact hello@nateras.eu.
- All shipments are made with reinforced packaging designed to protect each piece during shipping.
- Once shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number to check the status of their order.
NATERAS is not responsible for any delays due to unrelated causes, such as customs, strikes, or logistical issues.
7. Order reception
- Upon receiving the package, the customer must inspect the exterior condition of the packaging before signing for delivery.
- If you detect visible damage to the box, it is recommended that you note it on the carrier's delivery note or reject the shipment.
- If the product has any internal damage, it is essential to notify NATERAS within 24 hours of delivery, providing photographs of the packaging and the item.
8. Returns and replacements
8.1. Returns
If upon receiving your order, any of the products are not what you expected, you can request a return within 15 calendar days. Please note that returns of products that have been used or tampered with will not be accepted, except in cases of obvious defects.
Steps to follow:

Email us at hello@nateras.eu indicating the order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason.

The return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

It is essential that both the product and its original packaging are in perfect condition for the return to be accepted.
Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will contact you to issue the corresponding refund or, if you prefer, exchange it for another product.
In any case, we hope you won't have to return anything: each item is carefully inspected so that it reaches you just as you imagined.
8.2. Replacements
If a product arrives damaged during shipping and is reported within the established timeframe (24h), NATERAS offers the customer two options:
- Full refund.
- Shipping of a new item at no additional cost (production time up to 30 days).
Returns will not be accepted after 24 hours from receipt without proof of damage.
Due to the handcrafted nature of the pieces, there may be variations in texture, color, or shape compared to the photographs on the website. These characteristics are not considered defects, but rather part of the unique value of each item.

10. Data Protection
NATERAS complies with current regulations on personal data protection (EU Regulation 2016/679 - GDPR and Organic Law 3/2018). The data provided by the user will be processed for the purpose of managing orders, customer service, and commercial communications if authorized.
Under no circumstances will it be transferred to third parties, except under legal obligation. The user may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and objection by sending an email to hello@nateras.com.
11. Liability
NATERAS is not liable for damages arising from the use of the Site or for delays or failures in delivery caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond its control.

NATERAS reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be available on this page.
13. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of disputes, both parties submit to the courts of Girona, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
